Notes on boarding

・It is a complete advance reservation system.

・You cannot get on or off the bus while it is in service.

・Everyone must be seated while driving.

・Binge drinking and the use of crackers are prohibited.

・Pets are not allowed on board.

・If you do not listen to the staff's restraint,
In some cases, we may stop the bus on the spot and ask the customer to get off.

・If the table, chair, etc. is damaged or soiled due to the customer's negligence, we may ask for compensation.

*In this case, you will be asked to pay a deposit of 10,000 yen on the spot.

・We will not be held responsible for any stains on your clothes or luggage while on board. Please note.

・If we receive any notes, we will assume that we have obtained the consent of all passengers.

Precautions when making a reservation
 

・Payment must be made in advance.

*Payment can be made by cash (transfer) or credit card.

    (Credit cards are Master, VISA, AMEX, JCB, Diners, Discover only)

・Since the bus is a classic car, sudden breakdowns may occur.
In that case, other buses may be substituted.
Also, it may be canceled on the day due to a typhoon or snowfall. Please be aware of this before making a reservation.

・The wrapping of the classic bus may be changed. Thank you for your understanding.

・The course may be changed depending on the road conditions on the day.

・People under the age of 18 are not allowed to ride alone.

If you are under the age of 18, please be sure to ride with a guardian.

Cancellation of reservation

・A cancellation fee will be charged according to the number of days for cancellation of reservation due to customer's convenience (decrease in number of people, accident, illness, schedule change).

・From 7 days before the reservation date to the day → 100% of the prescribed fare and charge
*Customers will be responsible for the transfer fee when refunding.

・According to the Tokyo Metropolitan Organized Crime Exclusion Ordinance, which went into effect on October 1, 2011, we do not allow anyone related to organized crime groups to board the London Bus Cruise.

Bad weather   (typhoons and earthquakes)
・Although it will be held rain or shine, it will be canceled if it is determined that there is a problem with running.

・The operation decision will be made by 8:00 on the day, and we will contact you in case of suspension.

Accidents and Sudden Failures  
・There is a possibility that sudden troubles will occur due to old cars, and emergency stops or cancellations on the day will occur. Please make a reservation with your understanding in advance.  

・In the event of a sudden breakdown or trouble, we may contact you the day before or on the same day. Please make a reservation with your understanding in advance.  

・After boarding, if it is determined that the vehicle cannot be operated due to vehicle trouble, the vehicle will stop if possible and a meal service will be provided.
Please note that refunds will not be provided in that case.
